I am an artist and a board-certified art therapist trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, psychodynamic, and creative art therapy processes.

I’ve been working as an art therapist for 10+ years. I am passionate in working with adults who identify as autistic and/or ADHD, the LGBTQIA+ community, PTSD and trauma, adoptees, addiction and recovery, health care and mental health professionals, and creative people. I'm currently taking new clients for in-person sessions utilizing art therapy, IFS, EMDR, and/or Brainspotting.
